WebDom Curriculum Vitae
After obtaining a degree in comparative literature and an MLIS, I worked as a special librarian for several years where I further developed my skills in web design and web management. The results of over 6 years experience in the field can be viewed in the WebDom Portfolio.
Other things the WebDom does:
- database management;
- operations management and purchasing;
- vendor relations, personnel management and customer service;
- writing and editing; and
- marketing and promotions.
Trained to find, organize, and manipulate information, I have research and computer skills, and a strong service ethic as well. I volunteer my web services to several community groups, and have worked on a community-based project producing a 100-page report. I am comfortable working on PC and MacIntosh platforms with a wide variety of software.
